I spent over a decade working in artificial intelligence as a data scientist and deep learning engineer. Seeing how fast the field was moving, and how little was being done to manage the risks, I left industry to work full-time on AI safety advocacy.
I co-founded Pause IA, the French branch of PauseAI, a movement calling for an international pause on the development of the most powerful AI systems until we know how to make them safe. Since December 2025, I have been CEO of PauseAI Global.
